3twindragons on tumblr makes the most incredible marvel art, as well as venturing out into the occasional other fandom (Witcher, anyone?).

Music

The Elders are an Irish-Celtic band out of Kansas City, MO. I grew up going to their concerts every year, and have been listening since I was half my current height. They're a truly lovely group of people who make incredible music. If you get a chance to see them live, I highly recommend it; there's nothing like a live show. Their studio recordings, however, are an amazing second-best option.

Big Eden came out in 2000. 2000, yall. How does it manage to be gentler and kinder than half the gay films that come out nowadays?

The story follows Henry, an artist who goes back to his hometown to care for his injured grandfather, and Pike, who's had a crush on Henry since they were in school. Together they have to start being honest with themselves and each other. The best bit of this, the best, okay, is the community in this. It's a tiny Montana town, you're expecting the homophobia, and instead the whole little town rallies for these guys. There's nothing cuter. It's wholesome, parts made me cry, and I just... hope this is a future some of us queer folk will get someday, where we're so normalized that the only question is which gender grandma is going to matchmake you with.
